San Francisco photographer and creative director, JJ Casas contacted me this past fall about a logo design for one of his business ventures. He told me, “Been following NPS for a while and kept you in my mind when I saw that you do logo designs. I have a logo request for a photobooth company – photostrip.co“. JJ really wanted to emphasize the fact that clients walk away with printed photostrips. He was also looking for a logo with a clean and modern look. With that in mind, I did a version with simple outlined boxes that incorporated letterforms from the name. For color, I referenced a CMYK color palette but made sure to keep the palette fresh and trendy to appeal to younger generations. The idea was that the color could also be customized to suit various holidays and occasions. Check out the new logo below and on Photostrip’s website.
